1. Services Provided
LA DUTY offers professional automotive services including, but not limited to:

All services are subject to availability and vehicle eligibility.
2. Appointments & Cancellations

We recommend scheduling in advance.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee.
3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Promotional discounts must be mentioned before service begins.

A deposit may be required for certain services.

Full payment is due upon service completion.
4. Warranty Coverage

Window Tint (Nano Ceramic): Lifetime warranty against bubbling, peeling, and discoloration (original owner only).

Vinyl Wraps & PPF: Warranty depends on film type and manufacturer.

Warranty does not cover physical damage, accidents, or improper care.
5. Vehicle Condition

Vehicles must be dropped off clean. Excessive dirt may result in a cleaning fee.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damages or aftermarket issues not disclosed prior to service.
6. Turnaround Time

Estimated completion time is subject to change depending on weather, material availability, or complexity.

We do our best to meet deadlines but do not guarantee same-day completion unless stated in writing.
7. Liability

LA DUTY is not liable for damage caused by existing defects, aftermarket parts, or customer-installed equipment.

We are not responsible for valuables left inside vehicles.
8. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with local tint laws.

Post-service care instructions will be provided and must be followed to maintain warranty coverage.
9. Refunds & Returns

Services rendered are non-refundable.

If you experience an issue, contact us within 7 days for review and resolution.
10. Changes to Terms
LA DUTY reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
